WE ARE CREATING:

• A political process that promotes participation in all sectors of Puerto Rico (youth, children, adults, women, elderly).

• A different philosophy and style of doing politics, with coherent and consensus-based strategies, directed towards building our future.

• Genuine competition between political parties, based on proposals and on the participation of more people in the political process, to ensure that the electoral offer responds to the needs and desires of the population.

• The necessary people to form a government characterized by effective administration and citizen participation, whose objective is creating sustainable economic development and quality of life for all in Puerto Rico.

• A new political discourse based on the union of Puerto Ricans, that deals with the political status situation responsibly and in the right perspective.

• Education, motivation and tools for action y transformation for Puerto Ricans.

WHAT HASN’T WORKED:

• The paradigms used by traditional politics in Puerto Rico, which limit the involvement and the political participation of a great amount of Puerto Ricans.

• The party-politic battle which limits the most valuable resource in the country: the people’s talent and creative capacity.

• The bureaucracy that limits our possibilities for progress and competitive advantages, as well as work satisfaction.

• The corruption that is resulting in the rapid destruction of our natural resources and in the loss of confidence in our government.

• A political discourse based on Puerto Rican disunion, which has used the political status problem to maintain three antagonistic tribes and to distract the attention off from urgent issues.

• Unempowering messages that communicate the idea that “we can’t do it”, and the use of our resources to a fraction of their real capacity.
